NEW CANOPY            

The work "New Canopy" redefines      marital deconstruction and reconstruction. The fabric is made of a couple's photograph that was cut into about 200 stripes. The stripes used as a weft threads and woven into a new harmonic fabric. Homage to the past, to the former canopy, to the old marriage ceremony.
